Yoga

Yoga is a good way to keep you healthy. It's originating in ancient India. This is a very very old art but still popular in modern society. The goal of yoga is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. When you do yoga, you practise not only your body but also your spirit. This kind of body practise seems a little strange in some respect. It looks like you should rack yourself when you do this practise. Your arms and legs are bended like the bones inside are fractured. This seems terrible. In fact, it's not true. You need to practise for a long time to attain the level in the picture above. Not everyone can make this kind of pose by practising yoga. There are many easier way for beginners to practise yoga. But even the easier way is not "so easy". You should do some actions you have never do before. My mom has been practising yoga for three years. She wanted to lose weight by practising yoga at first. But as the progress of her practise, she gained more than just losing weight. She gets healthier as well as more energetic than before. She is always in good mood after practising yoga. I think yoga really do a lot of help for her. This is really a good practise. I strongly recommend girls to have a try.
