Exercise and the Continuous Practice to be Healthy

A common body practice that is easily seen in our everyday lives is that of exercise and the continuous practice to be healthy. Although the United States as a whole is becoming more and more obese and unhealthy, Americans across the country are continuing to exercise and promote a positive and healthy way of life. An individual who regularly exercises and has a passion to live a healthy lifestyle is a great example of a person who has achieved a docile body through the actions of discipline and practice. These individuals are inspired by a healthy lifestyle praxis that enables them become more physically fit, have higher self esteem and practice a healthy lifestyle. Individuals who have a personal desire or drive acquire this body practice; you do not necessarily have to be associated with a certain group of people to involved in this body practice. To live a healthy lifestyle is a continuous “pursuit without a terminus”. You cannot exercise irregularly or for short periods of time in order to be ‘healthy’. As far as I have noticed, exercise is a major practice for students here at the U. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle are promoted here at the U by all of the classes offered by exercise facilities and the exercise facilities themselves. Also from my observations, many Californians exercise and try to live a healthy lifestyle. If you visit California you will see that most people are active and participate in physical exercise from running, to surfing, to exercising on the beach. I have formed the opinion that since so many Californians are involved in this body practice, obesity is much less prevalent in the places I have visited in California. When we see individuals who live active and healthy lifestyles, we are constantly reminded of the benefits and pulled into a supportive position.
