House or Love?

In the world, there are many different kinds of races and different places, as well as many different points of views upon different situations. However, there is also something in common among all those different situations.

For example, in China, most people think that owning a house is a necessary requirement for them to get married, especially for the men. When people get married in China, the most important thing is that the man should own a house rather than rent a place like an apartment, or it is very difficult for them to marry a girl. As a result, Chinese parents are also preparing a house for their sons to get married. This contributes to the high housing price in China, and then, many people cannot afford that much money, which also make the inequality more serious. In contrast, in America, this kind of point of view is not common. In America, people don’t care whether they own a house or not, if they love each other, the house won’t prevent them from not getting married. Unlike most Chinese people, they are willing to rent a house or an apartment and live with their family. This is totally different from that in China. Then, this would not increase the housing price.

Although they are totally two different minds that most Chinese people want to owe a house, while for the American, they are willing to rent a place. But there is still something in common between these two opinions. This common point is that people need a house to live in whether purchasing one or renting one. In the world, people always need some places to live in and shield.

Therefore, in the world, even in different countries and different cultures, there is always something in common.
